Technical Anshu AutoBot is an automated chatbot and messaging utility. It connects to your social media accounts via official APIs (such as Meta Graph API and Google YouTube API) to read incoming comments/messages and send automated responses based on AI analysis or custom rules configured by the user.

3. Account Security and Integration

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and OAuth tokens.
• You must only connect social media pages, channels, or phone numbers that you own or have explicit authorization to manage.
• You agree not to use the service to send spam, bulk marketing messages in violation of platform policies, or abusive/harmful content.

4. Use of Third-Party APIs

Our service integrates with third-party platforms (like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, WhatsApp, and Google Gemini API). Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms of service, including the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms) and Meta Developer Policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Technical Anshu AutoBot and its developers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service, including account suspensions or API access loss by third-party platforms.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if we believe you have breached these Terms or violated third-party developer policies.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
