Ventoy Windows 11 Bypass Trick Install Windows 11 on Unsupported PC Without Rufus
Windows 11 refuses to install on your PC because of TPM, Secure Boot, CPU or RAM checks? You do not need to rebuild a special USB with Rufus for every machine. Your Ventoy stick can skip those checks itself — with the original, untouched Microsoft ISO.

🎥 The complete Ventoy bypass trick is shown live in this video — every step on a real PC
Here is the part most people miss: Ventoy has a built-in Windows 11 bypass, and on any recent version it is already switched on. When you boot a normal Windows 11 ISO from Ventoy, Ventoy quietly writes the well-known LabConfig registry keys into Windows Setup, so Setup never stops at the TPM 2.0, Secure Boot, CPU, RAM and storage checks. A second built-in option, VTOY_WIN11_BYPASS_NRO, also removes the forced Microsoft account sign-in during setup. The ISO stays 100% original — nothing is edited, nothing is downloaded from a shady site. Follow the steps below in order.

1
Make Sure Your Ventoy Is New Enough
The bypass feature arrived in Ventoy 1.0.55, and from Ventoy 1.0.86 onwards both bypass options are enabled by default. So step one is simply: use a current Ventoy.
Download the latest Ventoy only from the official site, ventoy.net (or its official GitHub page)
If your stick has an old Ventoy, plug it in, run Ventoy2Disk.exe and click Update — updating does not delete the ISOs already on the stick
Your Ventoy version is also shown at the bottom of the Ventoy boot menu, so you can confirm it on the target PC itself
2
Copy the Original Windows 11 ISO — Nothing to Edit
This is where Ventoy beats the Rufus method for technicians: there is no media to prepare per PC.
Download the Windows 11 ISO from Microsoft's official download page
Copy the ISO file onto your Ventoy USB as it is — do not extract it, do not modify it
The same stick can carry Windows 10, Linux and rescue ISOs alongside; the bypass applies automatically whenever a Windows 11 ISO is booted
3
Confirm the Bypass Is On in VentoyPlugson
On a current Ventoy you can skip this step — but checking once removes all doubt.
From the extracted Ventoy folder on your PC, run VentoyPlugson.exe and click Start — a configuration page opens in your browser
Open the Global Control Plugin section
Confirm VTOY_WIN11_BYPASS_CHECK is set to 1 (hardware checks) and VTOY_WIN11_BYPASS_NRO is set to 1 (online account requirement), then save
Plugson saves these into a ventoy.json file inside the ventoy folder on your stick
4
Boot the Target PC and Install Normally
Plug the Ventoy stick into the old PC and open its boot menu (commonly F12, F9 or Esc — it varies by brand)
Select the USB drive, then select the Windows 11 ISO in the Ventoy menu
Windows Setup starts — and this time it walks straight past the hardware check to the disk selection screen
Install as usual. Near the end, the account step also offers the local account route because the NRO bypass is active
That is the whole trick. No Rufus, no registry editing by hand, no patched ISO — the setting lives on the stick, so the same USB works on the next unsupported PC, and the next.
⚠️ Honest note: the bypass removes the check, not reality. A PC that installs Windows 11 this way is still officially unsupported — Microsoft does not guarantee updates for it, even though monthly updates do install normally in practice. And no bypass can save a truly ancient CPU: Windows 11 version 24H2 and newer need the POPCNT / SSE4.2 instruction, so very old processors (early Core 2 era) cannot run it at all.

Ventoy USB banana, bypass setting confirm karna aur real PC par install — pura process live video me dekho.
Yes — and that is the point of the method. The ISO is never modified. Ventoy applies the bypass at boot time by writing the LabConfig keys into Setup, so you can use the untouched ISO downloaded from Microsoft.
I already have a Ventoy stick. Do I need to remake it?
No. Just update Ventoy on the stick to a current version using the Update button in Ventoy2Disk — your existing ISOs stay untouched — and the bypass is active by default.
Will Windows 11 run normally after installing this way?
Yes. Once installed, it is an ordinary Windows 11 installation — same desktop, same apps, same monthly updates. What you do not get is official support status, and the next big version upgrade will need the bypass again.
