When you use the App or connect your social media profiles, we may access, collect, store, and process the following information (including YouTube API Data relating to users):

• YouTube Channel Data: Authorized channel metadata, comment text, comment ID, author display name, author profile URL, and video ID accessed via YouTube API Services.
• User Identifiers: Your platform-specific User ID, username, and public profile name.
• Interaction Data: The content of the messages or comments you send to our connected channels.
• Metadata: Timestamps of the interaction, platform source, and message IDs.

2. How We Use and Process Your Information

We use and process the collected information (including API Data) solely for the following purposes:

• To monitor comments and messages on your connected channels and automatically send responses (via predefined rules or AI-driven replies).
• To display your interaction history on the App owner's dashboard for support and analytics.
• To compile aggregated, non-identifying metrics on customer queries (intent and sentiment tracking).

We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information or YouTube API Data with any internal or external third parties. All processing is transient and stored locally within the App owner's database configuration.

3. Google Privacy Policy and YouTube API Services

The App uses YouTube API Services. By using this App, you are also agreeing to Google's Privacy Policy. We recommend users review the Google Privacy Policy at http://www.google.com/policies/privacy to understand how Google collects and uses data.

4. Device Data, Cookies, and Local Storage

The App stores, accesses, and collects information directly or indirectly on or from users' devices (such as browsers). We place and access cookies or recognize similar technology on users' devices/browsers to authenticate login sessions, remember dashboard preferences, and ensure secure platform operations. We do not place cookies or tracking software on the devices of users who comment on your connected social media channels.

5. Data Retention, Deletion, and Access Revocation

We retain your interaction history in secure database files managed directly by the App owner. Comment logs are automatically deleted after 30 days or immediately upon request.

How to Revoke Access: Users can revoke the App's access to their YouTube data at any time via the Google Security Settings page at https://myaccount.google.com/connections?filters=3,4&hl=en.
