Stop opening PDFs one by one. With a DSC USB token and a bulk signer you prepare two folders, pick your certificate, enter the PIN once — and hundreds of tender and office PDFs come out signed in a single run.

📋 Overview & Step-by-Step Guide
Get Your DSC USB Token Ready
Your Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) lives on a USB token, so plug the token into the PC before you start. Make sure the token's driver and utility — supplied by your certifying agency — are installed, so that Windows and the signing software can actually see the certificate. If the token is not inserted, your certificate simply will not appear when it is time to pick it in the signing step.
Prepare the Two Folders
Collect every PDF you want signed into one input folder, and create a second, separate folder where the signed copies will be saved. In the video the two folders are:
C:\PDFs-To-Sign
C:\PDFs-Signed
C:\PDFs-Signed and the originals stay untouched in C:\PDFs-To-Sign.Load the PDFs into the Bulk Signer
Open the bulk signing tool and point it at the input folder C:\PDFs-To-Sign — it picks up every PDF inside that folder — and set the output (destination) folder to C:\PDFs-Signed. This folder-in, folder-out setup is exactly what turns the job into a one-click batch instead of opening each file by hand.
Pick the Certificate and Set the Signature Once
Select your DSC certificate from the list — it is read from the plugged-in USB token. Then set the signature appearance and its position on the page once, for example at the spot on the first page where the signature belongs. Tender and office documents in a batch share the same layout, so this one setting is applied identically to every file — you do not repeat it per PDF.
Enter the PIN Once and Sign the Whole Batch
Enter your DSC token PIN once and start the signing. The tool now works through the folder on its own, signing every PDF one after another and saving the signed copies into C:\PDFs-Signed. No repeating the PIN, no re-selecting the certificate, no opening files one by one — that single click is the whole trick of this video.
Validate the Signed PDFs
Before sending anything out, open a few of the signed PDFs from C:\PDFs-Signed and check the signature: in the PDF reader's signature panel you should see the signer's name, the date and time of signing, and the signature shown as valid. Only upload the files to the tender portal or send them to your office once you have validated that the signature is properly applied.
